Larkspur started with one oven and a sourdough starter we still feed every morning. Ten years later we're still on the same corner, still shaping every loaf by hand, and still selling out most days before lunch.
We bake with flour from small Midwest mills, butter from Wisconsin dairies, and fruit from the Logan Square farmers market when it's in season.
